“We had always used CRMs, but they were never really suited to a law firm. “I think the biggest challenge before we found RedView was having to log into a separate system,” Kathryn said. “Back then, the team just wouldn’t log the information, so we just had no idea what was working and what wasn’t. It was nearly impossible to see the return on our investment in advertising.” Kathryn believes that it’s about how fit for purpose RedView is. “For instance, most CRM systems do not have ‘is a cost agreement required?’ When the terminology is right, your people get behind it.

“It’s about accountability really,” Kathryn said. “If any of the team have forgotten to move their tasks, RedView shows it. There might be 10 tasks that come flying through that are all overdue and it’s constantly in your face. You just can’t ignore it now. Whereas with the old CRM systems, they weren’t as integrated so things were so easy to overlook and basically opportunities were wasted.

RESULTS, ROI AND FUTURE PLANS

“We’ve noticed an uplift in the bottom line - absolutely.” Kathryn said. “We can now pick the difference between our various marketing efforts - Google Ads, regional radio and Facebook. Now we have a good grasp of where we’re getting our leads from and can track our marketing efforts to understand what’s making an impact on lead generation. RedView CRM has made a huge difference to the firm’s performance.”
