Challenges
Not being able to see the firm position quickly was one of Richard’s main challenges. Previously the process was to export data from system reports into Excel spreadsheets. This was time consuming and the information was immediately out of date. Richard also wanted his team to have the ability to see their personal KPIs, understand their targets and react accordingly. ‘We just wanted greater clarity, really.’
