Before RedView Acuity, Lucy and her team were accessing the reporting functionality in LEAP. ‘I’d pull up reports on what work in progress we had, our outstanding debt – that kind of thing. It’s not too bad actually, but it does require a level of analysis that RedView Acuity handles for you and presents in easy to for items to bill. ‘Having it represented on undersand visuals.’
The software is simple and intuitive to use – ‘It’s really user friendly. It has to be pretty idiot proof for me and if I can use it, anyone can.’

Money we’re owed but isn’t in the bank.’ She’s always referring to the 90-day WIP – looking for items to bill. ‘Having it represented on a single screen is so powerful – it’s tricky to gauge exactly how much we’ve benefited from the product because we’re also growing fast. What I can tell you is that it has definitely reduced our cash lockup.’
