RESULTS, ROI AND FUTURE PLANS

‘CRM is working a treat to help get back to client enquiries fast. Sometimes I get a text message from a new client at 8 o’clock at night and I know I can jump into RedView and in two minutes have that enquiry logged and a calendar invite sent. The stats I have are really helpful, I can see the average time for an enquiry follow up is sitting at just over 4 hours. It’s that kind of detail we need to watch as we grow.’
