Mikey feels that RedView CRM plays a central role in the success of his marketing efforts. ‘I had been looking for a CRM that was compatible with LEAP for quite a while. When we came across RedView it was a relief to find a system that not ony works well with LEAP, but is purpose-built for lawyers.’

‘Our firm has a mission to make the law more accessible through use of advanced technology. That was harder to achieve before RedView - but the software converts leads quickly into our system, allowing us to connect with clients faster.’ Mikey believes RedView has had significant impact in the firm. ‘As a marketer, I need to see leads streamlined into the firm to convert to new business. ‘Ultimately, most clients don’t want to speak to anyone apart from a lawyer. Without a powerful system in place, that’s hard to achieve. But RedView CRM makes it possible.’ Mikey points out that the software handles much of the work automatically. ‘RedView gives us time to set all the leads, send out an automatically generated communication and then set follow-up protocols to ensure our lawyers contact clients within 48 hours.’

RESULTS, ROI AND FUTURE PLANS

‘Obviously it’s not just RedView that is working for us... results are also a product of strong marketing and digital visibility’ Mikey says. ‘But there’s no question our response times and clear processes - which are all about using RedView - is working. And it seems to be increasing of late - we’re now on more than a dozen enquiries per day. And the more enquiries we get, the more opportunity there is for good chunks of work.’
