eStatements
The RedView eStatements module allows users of the accounts receivable software to make the production and delivery of client statements a completely paperless process. The module consists of a number of components:
A review report to monitor exceptions such as unallocated credits & prepayments, etc..
A generation process that allows the statements to be automatically emailed, faxed, created as a PDF or printed.
A log report that records when and how the statement was delivered, highlighting any issue that may have occurred.
An extended aged debtor report and a debtors/creditors report that assist in the overall management of debt and prepaid monies.
