Director James Saba discusses how RedView CRM is contributing towards the firm's enquiry handling and the impact it's having on conversion rates.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
“With RedView, we are definitely making great progress,” James said. “We’ve recently hired a Marketing Manager and our focus is to generate more interest in the firm. We are building the volume of new enquiries and leads and converting those leads to more file openings.” James said there’s a lot of strategy around marketing right now, “and RedView is a big part of it.”
CHALLENGES
Prior to using RedView, the team were manually handling their enquiries. “We kept track of things to an extent, but it was a painful exercise trying to do things on spreadsheets,” James said. “There was quite a bit of manual effort to get the data into some shape and to be honest, it was all over the shop.” James wanted a system that would allow follow up and a consistent enquiry management approach.
HOW REDVIEW HELPED
“RedView has allowed us to take the enquiry handling away from the lawyers and process enquiries more efficiently.” James said. “I’ve got two people who basically manage all the enquiries into the business via RedView. It’s in a much better place now - we’ve invested time in the process and we’re very happy with where we are at the moment. We’ve come a long way. and the data we’re collecting now is far more valuable to the business.”
RESULTS, ROI AND FUTURE PLANS
“There’s no question we’ve seen an improvement to the bottom line. we’re opening more matters than we were previously and we’re growing year on year. That’s attributable to us managing the enquiry handling process better,” said James. “With RedView improving how the team is following up... it’s definitely increased the conversion rate.”
