Duplicate Name Checking

Functionality has now been included in RedView CRM to check on potential duplicate names when a new enquiry is added.

Once the email of a new enquiry has been entered, the system will use the email address to look for contacts in the new enquiry database, and in the clients & contacts database, that have the same email.

If a match is found then a warning will be displayed. Hovering the mouse over the info icon at the end of the message will display the details of the matches found.

Note that if multiple matches on the email address are found only the first match in each area is displayed.
