RedView CRM - Updating Client & Contact Tags in Bulk

RedView CRM provides the ability to attach Tags to client & contact records for use in the creation of marketing lists. Tags are user defined attributes that can be used to segment clients & contacts in any manner required.

Up until now, Tags were maintained against individual client and contact records from the Edit menu item for that record:

With the latest release comes the ability to attach multiple Tags to multiple clients in a single click.

In the Client & Contacts summary list you will now see a checkbox to the left of each contact, which allows the selection of names for processing in bulk. Use the check box to select the names to processed.

When one or more name has been selected, the Add Tags button will become available in the tool bar.

Click this button to display the Add Tags dialog, then select one or more Tags that you wish to be applied to the name records selected above.

Click “Save” to add the selected Tags to the selected records, which can then be used wherever Tags are provided as a filtering or selection option.
