New functionality is now available in RedView CRM to assist in the management of marketing events & campaigns.
Using the Marketing List functionality, you can now create a list of names that can be saved as a list of invitees to an event, or targets for a campaign. On top of this, contacts can added to the Event/Campaign individually by adding from the contact list.
Once an Event/Campaign is established you can then easily track activity,
You can record the response to the invite, attendance at the event as well as notes taken in relation to the event. Equally reactions and responses to marketing campaigns can be recorded.
Importantly, this information is automatically tracked as activity notes against the contact itself, so, f at a glance you can see whether the person was invited to and attended an event, and what their reaction was. This alongside other activity that has been tracked, providing a complete history of contact with the client or potential client.
If the contact turns into a opportunity, then a simple click of the button takes the information and creates an enquiry record, ready to be processed through RedView CRM's extensive lead management module.
