With the addition of the new Client Dashboard feature various charts of the client’s financials and activities can now be displayed, alongside other client and matter related information including contacts, referrals, documents and activity notes. This provides a holistic, “at a glance” view of the relationship with that client and their matter portfolio to help improve your understanding. It is particularly useful for corporate clients with multiple matters.
A range of 16 charts can be configured on the dashboard to show the information that you need.
