RedView CRM – New Enquiry Notification Rules

When a new enquiry is added to the CRM, it can be immediately assigned to someone for follow-up. If it is not assigned, or comes from a source where assignment is not possible, e.g. your Website via the API, it is possible to setup automatic notification rules to ensure the enquiry is not lost.

Rules can be created which will generate a notification to 1 or more people, or to a team, notifying them that a new enquiry has been captured and needs to be assigned to the appropriate person for follow up.

The notification can be directed to different people or teams depending on the Area of Law, Source or Location specified on the enquiry.

he rules controlling the person or team to receive a New Enquiry Notification are setup through the Email Templates area of the Configuration module. The notifications are then sent as actionable messages.
