RedView CRM – Auto Acknowledgements

When a new enquiry is added to the CRM from your website via the API, it is possible to acknowledge its receipt automatically, with an email sent to the enquirer.

The acknowledgement email content can differ depending upon the Area of Law to make the content relevant to the enquiry. You can also provide other general information about your firm to further enhance the engagement. The email template is setup via the New Enquiry Acknowledgement section in the Email Templates area of the Configuration module.

Acknowledgements can also be activated when adding new enquiries manually via the CRM web portal or the Outlook add-in, by ticking the Send Acknowledgement box on the new enquiry form. The same rules and email templates will be used for these manual acknowledgements as for the automated ones.
