RedView CRM - Tagging Clients

The base information held in the RedView Clients & Contacts database is sourced from your practice management system. Information such as address and contact details, financials, related matters etc.

RedView then provides the ability to segment this information further using user defined Tags. Tags are structured information that consists of a tag type, e.g. Industry, and tag values, e.g. Services, Manufacturing, Retail.

The tag is then attached to the client or contact record and, in the first instance, can be used to create marketing lists using tags as selection criteria.

However, the Client & Contact list also provides the ability to filter by tag. Select the Filter button and select the Tag required.

One potential use of tags is for grouping clients together to get a summary of the financials for the group.
