Viewing Enquiries

Managing your incoming enquiries starts in the list view which provides capabilities to search, sort and group enquiry records and also export for further manipulation.

The default view will display a set of predefined columns, which can be changed to suit the user’s needs. Preferred combinations of columns can be saved for later access using the view management functionality (highlighted below).

Previously saved views are added to the drop down list for quick and efficient access to regularly used information about your enquiries.
