The enquiries data download feature provides the ability to download a list of enquiries within a selected date range. The feature is available via the on-screen options on the enquiries summary screen.
When selected, you will be presented with a screen to define the date range for enquiry records to be included for download.
A view is then selected to define which columns of data are to be exported. If a specific set of columns is needed for download, create the view using the View Manager on the summary screen and save it. Then select that view in the Data Download parameters screen.
