Currently, the source of client and contact information in RedView CRM is from the practice management system that it integrates with. These records can then be tagged with further information in RedView to allow easy identification to include them in marketing lists and with events and campaigns.
However, there are other contacts that firms interact with that don’t necessarily belong in the PMS.
RedView CRM now allows you to capture the details of those people in the Clients & Contacts database, providing a single central database of contacts.
Contacts can be entered as individuals or contacts of organisations at which point similar features to PMS Contacts are available. Including tagging for inclusion on marketing lists, recording activities and notes as well as setting follow up actions and reminders, allowing your contacts database to be managed holistically – regardless of the source of those contacts.
Filters on the Client & Contact summary and Marketing List functions allow the "entered" contacts to be managed separately if required.
