RedView CRM consists of several product editions that provide solutions specific to your needs. Options are available for Lead Management and Contact Management. Both are combined into the Enterprise Edition covering all functionality.


LEAD MANAGEMENT

The Lead Management editions focus on tracking new enquiries and providing tools to better monitor, manage and automate the “sales” process so that you have the best chance of winning the client.

The goal is to provide a central database of all enquiries so that they can be managed. Tools are provided to automate processes, remind on tasks, and analyse performance with potential clients.
