Easily capturing new enquiries is a key aspect of the RedView CRM product. To assist here the product provides an Outlook add in for use with Office 365.
Once installed a new enquiry button becomes available on the Outlook ribbon.
Selecting this button with an email will extract the information from the email to complete the new enquiry form. Alternatively you can clear the form and enter details from scratch without having to leave Outlook e.g. when taking a phone call.
All details captured are automatically loaded into the RedView new enquiries database and trigger any automated processes there.
