Often new enquiries come in from existing clients and contacts. A simple way to create an enquiry for an existing contact is to use the switch functionality when entering the enquiry, to look up that contact record:
Now, you can also create an enquiry directly from the contact record. When viewing the Clients & Contacts list, use the action menu in list view and select the CREATE ENQUIRY option:
Or, if you are already reviewing the contact details screen, use the context menu from within the record itself.
All options will create a new enquiry and link the existing name and contact details from the record selected.
